New Hyatt Regency in Bangkok Tailor-Made for MICE

BANGKOK (August 14, 2019) — The first Hyatt Regency in Bangkok is shaping up to be one of the city’s most versatile hotels for meetings, incentives, conferences and events, with a range of event spaces and a special MICE MOMENTS offer till the end of the year.

The new 31-story Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit offers an array of function spaces totaling 1,359 square meters (14,628 square feet), with natural lighting and the latest AV technology featured in all.

The biggest space is on the 5th floor, where a pillarless ballroom has been designed to accommodate up to 900 guests or be divided into three separate venues. Other attributes of the 5th floor include a spacious pre-function area, event lounge, open communal kitchen and bar and two more function rooms that can be partitioned into four.

Spanning from the 29th floor to the 31st floor, guests will find a sleek and spacious multipurpose event venue, Spectrum Lounge & Bar that just opened in March this year and was imagined by internationally acclaimed interior design firm Super Potato from Japan.

During the day Spectrum is a residential style event space for interactive meetings, product launches, engagement ceremonies or private receptions for up to 50 people. In the evening, the lounge transforms into a live piano bar and dinner setting, serving a selection of premium Western dishes. The multi-faceted space also includes a rooftop outdoor terrace with sprawling city views.

For MICE bookings made by September 30, 2019 and held by December 31, 2019 for 75 or fewer guest rooms the hotel is offering:

  • Up to 5% credit towards master bill
  • Complimentary room upgrade to next room category for every 25 paid room nights
  • Free WiFi on event floors

Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit was designed by the Office of Bangkok Architects (OBA), a company that has conceived some of the premier hotels and resorts in Thailand.

The 273-room Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is the newest 5-star hotel between the Nana and Asok BTS Skytrain stations. Guests can access the Nana stop via a sky-bridge that connects directly to the hotel.

In addition to Spectrum Hyatt Regency Bangkok offers four other food-and-beverage outlets including Market Cafe, the Lobby Lounge, the Sukhumvit Gallery for afternoon tea, and poolside dining; a 24-hour fitness center, a free-form outdoor swimming pool and a plush club lounge.
