DA NANG, Vietnam (July 10, 2025) – TIA Wellness Resort, Vietnam’s pioneering wellness-inclusive resort, is bringing balance to the boardroom with a new meeting room and event and incentive packages centered on well-being.
The resort’s new 115m² meeting room is designed to host gatherings of up to 60 guests, though it’s best suited to intimate groups of 10-15 people on a multi-day, corporate visit. The meeting space, which features an abundance of natural light and tropical foliage views, is centrally-located within the property. The location offers easy access to the resort’s Creative Space, where creativity sessions take place daily, as well as the venue’s art gallery/breakout space, an inspirational area featuring photographs and bold calligraphy prints.
“Creativity is one of the central pillars of TIA’s overall wellness philosophy,” explained Ramon Imper, TIA Wellness Resort’s general manager. “Our programs, activities and treatments nourish guests on a physical and mental level, creating an environment where MICE guests feel both calm and creative.”
Event packages feature a range of creative and wellness-focused activities. The three-night minimum ‘Exclusive Meeting & Exploration Retreat’ for 10-15 guests blends work and play with accommodation in private pool villas, full meeting room use and creative space access, two daily wellness treatments per guest, a private group experience such as a breathwork session or active yoga flow, and a private cooking class focused on fresh, organic Vietnamese cuisine.
Outside of the resort the group can enjoy a tranquil early morning tai chi practice at the top of the nearby Marble Mountains, a sacred site with vast caves housing Buddha statues and pagodas peppered atop the mountain. They can also opt for a meditation session at Lady Buddha, the towering goddess of mercy at the nearby Son Tra Peninsula.
The package includes wellness tea breaks replete with nutritious, wholesome cuisine. TIA uses healthy alternatives for certain ingredients, avoiding highly processed foods, such as white flour and white sugar, and focuses on fresh produce and nutrient-rich whole grains. They also offer an extensive plant-based menu.
TIA’s ‘Incentive Wellness Getaway’ rewards employees effort with a rejuvenating two-night stay ideal for 10-15 staff. Guests benefit from all the perks in the ‘Exclusive Meeting & Exploration Retreat’ less the meeting component, giving them time to rest, restore and feel refreshed.
The ‘Micro Event’ package is a two-night minimum stay for 10-15 guests that is similar to the ‘Exclusive Meeting & Exploration Retreat’ but does not include the off-site excursion.
Dining is personalized to each event’s needs with set menus or buffet options available along with indoor or outdoor seating, depending on each group’s preference. True oceanfront dining is possible with an on-beach dining setup available.
Each gathering is supported with meeting facilities that include:
- An LED screen and projector
- Lectern and whiteboard
- Wireless microphones with a sound system and technical support
- Writing materials and mineral water
- A reception table
“Our meeting packages help foster clarity, creativity, and well-being,” added Ramon. “Whether it’s a leadership retreat, incentive trip, or strategy session, we offer a transformative backdrop for work magic to happen.”
TIA is the first Vietnamese resort to score a spot in the ‘Top 20 Destination Spa Resorts in the World’ category in the most recent Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. In June this year they were also named one of the top destination spas in Oprah Daily’s ‘2025 Hotel O-Wards.’
The property is a 15-minute drive from Da Nang International Airport and 30-minutes from the UNESCO heritage town of Hoi An.
