In September of 2018, we made arrangements for Australian journalist, Ann Rickard, to experience several client hotels, including The Reverie Saigon, The Anam and the Sofitel Legend Metropol Hanoi. Jetstar provided the long-haul air piece. When Ann got home and started writing, the stories started flowing. Separate hotel reviews ran in 10 different major Australia newspapers, and on more than three-dozen outlets online. This is what good PR does. It gets you exposure!
