A graduate of the Hue College of Foreign Languages, Nỡ Phạm started her career as an English teacher and worked 5 years at the American Academy Language Center. In March of 2019, she embarked on a while new career path in media relations when she joined Balcony Media Group as a PR assistant. Hard-working, scrupulous and eager to learn, she has quickly adapted to the Balcony working environment.
