DANANG, Vietnam — Vietnam’s premier resort is celebrating the launch of direct flights between Hong Kong and Danang by rolling out an offer aimed at families, couples and golfers.
The Nam Hai's newest promotion takes wing March 28 when Hong Kong-based carrier Dragonair commences service to Southeast Asia's hottest new holiday destination.
Between now and Oct. 31, 2013, anyone who books a trip to Danang with Dragonair is eligible to receive three nights in a one-bedroom villa at The Nam Hai for the price of two.
Rates at the award-winning, beachfront resort start at US $650 per night. The offer includes airport transfers, daily breakfast and late check-out.
To help promote the Central Coast's array of amenities, such as its three UNESCO World Heritage sites, The Nam Hai is sweetening the deal for specific types of travelers.
Families with children under six years old receive a complimentary sofa bed and private cooking class, which starts in the resort’s organic vegetable garden.
As well, charges affiliated with food orders made from the kid's menu or during the resort's daily, supervised Kids Club program are waived. And so is the cost of any Kids Club session itself.
Couples qualify for a free spa treatment for two and an in-villa 'Love Bath Ceremony,' which includes champagne and canapes.
Golfers score a driving range session for two at Montgomerie Links, 18 holes of golf for two at the Colin Montgomerie-designed course and a post-round, 30-minute foot revival for two at The Spa at The Nam Hai.
Operated by Airbus A320 aircraft, the new service will depart Hong Kong every Tuesday (3:50 p.m.), Thursday (8 a.m.) and Sunday (8 a.m.).
The two-hour flight bridges the gap between one of Asia’s most important cities and the Danang area, fast becoming Vietnam's answer to Bali and Phuket.
Situated on 35 hectares of landscaped tropical gardens 25 minutes’ drive from Danang International Airport, The Nam Hai is a collection of 60 one-bedroom Hotel Villas and 40 Pool Villas that range from one to five bedrooms and come with their own infinity pool.
Signature features of the resort include two gourmet restaurants, a tropical spa beside a lagoon and three beachfront swimming pools overlooking the East Sea.
