HANOI, Vietnam — A shot of culinary star power is lighting up the kitchen at Le Beaulieu this February as Michelin-awarded chef Bruno Oger of ‘La Villa Archange’ fame arrives for his first-ever gastronomic showcase in the Vietnamese capital.
The renowned French chef will prepare standout dishes from his two-Michelin-star restaurant in Cannes for diners at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi’s flagship French brasserie from Feb. 26 to March 2.
Top billing over the week-long visit is a seven-course Gala Dinner on Feb. 28, beginning with an amuse bouche of baby squid cooked “a la Plancha”, and finishing with the chef’s lavender honey Madeleines. On Feb. 26 and 27 and March 1, the chef will be offering an à la carte menu of appetizers at Le Beaulieu.
