TAIPEI (Aug. 26, 2019) – Chef de cuisine, Ben Hsieh, of Grand Hyatt Taipei’s Yun Jin restaurant is firing things up in the Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s Chinaroom kitchen during September & October. Bringing with him three decades of Chinese culinary experience, Hsieh will craft dishes that run the gamut on Chinese flavours from bold & spicy Sichuan cuisine to umami-rich Taiwanese food. During the six-week long special menu promotion diners will be able to order a la carte from more than a dozen limited-time menu items. Highlights include a Taiwanese banquet must-have roasted mullet roe, and braised minced pork meatball soup.
For visitors who wish to explore Taiwanese flavours in Taiwan, Grand Hyatt Taipei is offering the chance to win one complimentary two-night stay and dinner for two at Yun Jin.
