TIA Wellness Resort, situated along the picturesque coastline of Da Nang, Vietnam, was created in response to a need for true all-encompassing wellness, rather than just relaxation, out of a resort stay. The resort’s 22-treatment room spa is an expansive oasis featuring tropical gardens, a swimming pool fed by a waterfall, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, and relaxation areas. A daily menu of breathwork, yoga, Tai Chi, and creativity classes are on offer. Wellness-based menus are nourishing and not restrictive and the culinary team emphasizes plant-based dining. They also have the first and only fully organic and biodynamic wine list in Vietnam. Each of the 87 private villas features a private plunge pool.
