CAM RANH, Vietnam (November 6, 2024) – Christmas tree-lighting ceremonies with chorists and live piano, BBQ seafood buffets, a gift-toting Santa posing for family photos and exciting countdown parties are among the merriment at The Anam Mui Ne and The Anam Cam Ranh this festive season.

The Anam Mui Ne, which debuted in January last year with an Indochine-era inspired design, will stage its Christmas and New Year’s program packed with festivities from Dec. 20, 2024 until Jan. 4, 2025 including:

• A sparkling tree-lighting ceremony with a live pianist in the lobby on Dec. 23 from 5.45-6.45pm, accompanied by festive treats, Christmas cocktails, mulled wine and hot chocolate.
• A European themed Christmas Eve Dinner with a BBQ buffet featuring roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham and grilled seafood at Indochine Restaurant and Grill from 7-10pm, where Santa will hand out gifts and pose for photos between 7-8pm. Dress code is black, white, red, green and gold. In addition to free-flow soft drinks, local beers, and wine, free-flow sparkling wine and champagne packages are on offer.
• A Christmas Eve menu at the resort’s Vietnamese restaurant Lang Viet on Dec. 24 featuring the likes of deep-fried salmon with green mango salad, Hokkaido scallops with asparagus, grilled half lobster with garlic butter and stir-fried vermicelli with crab meat. Optional free-flow packages with soft drinks, local beer, house wine, tea and coffee, or sparkling wine or champagne are available.
• A Christmas Day breakfast service at the Indochine replete with panettone, Christmas log cakes, freshly baked cookies, a candy counter, a live hot chocolate station with marshmallows.
• A lavish three-course Christmas brunch, inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine, from 11am-2pm with a healthy salad, ‘The Anam Egg Benedict’, slow cooked lamb shank and mixed fruit tart.
• A masquerade-themed New Year’s Eve BBQ buffet from 7-9pm at Indochine brimming with breads, cheeses and cold cuts, appetizers and salads, hot dishes, soups, a carving station, BBQ seafood and meat including baby lobster, grilled oysters and beef striploin, desserts and more. Free-flow packages include soft drinks, local beers, house wine, tea and coffee, or sparkling wine or champagne.
• Papaya salad with deep-fried soft-shell crab, sea urchin and seaweed soup, grilled half lobster and stir-fried Hokkaido scallops with lemon basil sauce as part of Lang Viet Restaurant & Bar’s New Year’s Eve Vietnamese set menu. Free-flow packages on offer.
• Ushering in 2025 at the Countdown Party at the Beach Lawn from 10pm on Dec. 31 until 12.30am on Jan. 1 with free-flow packages, food stations, sparkling wine and champagne a la carte. The party’s entertainment line-up entails a magician, clown and live DJ.
• A New Year’s Day buffet breakfast from 7-10.30am and New Year’s Day buffet brunch from 11-2pm, with quinoa salad, brunch egg, pan fried-salmon and yuzu mousse, at Indochine.
• The Anam Spa’s 15% discount for singles and 25% discount for couples on its array of treatments from Dec. 20-Jan 4.
• All sorts of complimentary festive activities from Dec. 23 – Jan. 1 ranging from coconut leaf art, decorating Non La hats and kite flying, to yoga classes, creating natural body scrub and foot, head and hand massage classes.

The Anam Cam Ranh’s vibrant festive season program from Dec. 15 until Jan. 10 offers:

• The Colonial’s Festive High Tea with sweets and savories, fruit, juice, teas, coffee and sparkling wine from 3-5pm on Dec. 15 – Jan. 10.
• A tree-lighting ceremony with a Christmas choir in the lobby on Dec. 22 from 6-6.45pm with spiced gingerbread, hot chocolate, mulled wine, and the resort’s signature Christmas punch.
• Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve receptions with The Anam Group’s group general manager Laurent Myter at the lobby lawn area accompanied with canapes, mulled wine, house wine and soft drinks. • Delectable five-course degustation dinners at The Colonial, with optional wine pairing, on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31. ‘The Festive Beginning Foie Gras Fantaisie’ comprising foie gras parfait with burnt blood orange, pomegranate jelly, pistachio nuts, and sourdough crouton, ‘Chicken Consommé Royale’ made up of supreme chicken roulade with wild mushroom, lotus seeds, and holy basil, and ‘The Noël Feast Wagyu Striploin Royal’ with succulent Wagyu striploin served with smoked leek purée, heirloom baby carrots, brussels sprouts, morels mushrooms, and rich morels jus are among the Christmas Eve set menu’s highlights.
• A cocktail night at Saigon Bar on Christmas Eve.
• Lang Viet Restaurant & Bar hosting a seafood BBQ buffet from 7-9pm with the fresh catch of the day accompanied by a spectacular fire show and live Filipino band. Drinks packages include soft drinks and juice, or mocktails, cocktails and local beer, or house wine.
• Santa Claus and a Christmas choir will spread festive cheer at Indochine’s breakfast service on Christmas Day from 7-10.30am, followed by a festive cooking class and kids activities
• A seafood BBQ buffet at Lang Viet Restaurant & Bar on New Year’s Eve from 7.30-9.45pm to a backdrop of a fire show and bartender’s show. Free-flow soft drinks and juice, or mocktails, cocktails and local beer, or house wine are available.
• A Midnight Masquerade Countdown Party at the Beach Lawn from 10pm on Dec. 31 until 1am on Jan. 1 with live music and spectacular fireworks.
• New Year’s Day buffet breakfast at Indochine, followed by a festive cooking class and kids activities.
• The Anam Spa discounting 60-minute treatments by 10% and 90-minute treatments by 15% from Dec. 20-Jan. 4
