HUE, Vietnam (Oct. 15, 2020) — Eight hotels and resorts represented by the Balcony Media Group have won coveted spots in the Condé Nast Traveler 2020 Readers’ Choice Awards.

Announced in New York on Oct. 6, and in the November print issues of both the US and UK editions, the awards were determined by 715,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers worldwide who submitted tens of thousands of ratings and comments.

The acclaimed include Azerai La Residence, Hue and the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi placed No. 9 and No. 11, respectively, in the “Best Hotels in Asia” category.

Three of Singapore-based GHM’s four Chedi brand hotels secured prominent placement in the Middle East and in Central Europe.

The Chedi Muscat in Oman and The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah in the neighboring United Arab Emirates each won a spot among the top 15 hotels in the Middle East, with Al Bait securing the no. 5 position. In Central Europe, The Chedi Andermatt claimed a place among the top 15 hotels.

In Vietnam, the Anam secured the no. 4 spot on a list of the “Top 30 Resorts in Asia” list while Banyan Tree Lang Co claimed the no. 9 spot and Angsana Lang Co rounded out the list at no. 30.
