GHM Wins Coveted Hospitality Awards & Ranking
SINGAPORE — Three hotels managed by GHM won coveted spots on one of the world’s most distinguished compendiums of the world’s greatest hotels — the Condé Nast Traveler Readers Choice Awards.

The prestigious international travel magazine unveiled the results of its annual Readers’ Choice Awards on Oct. 20, elevating The Nam Hai Hoi An (Vietnam), The Legian Bali (Indonesia) and The Chedi Muscat (Oman) onto lists of the top 25 resorts in Asia and the top 15 resorts in the Middle East.

More than 128,000 travellers took part in this year's Readers Choice Awards — the most in its 28-year history, and up more than 50,000 from last year.

The Condé Nast accolades add a compelling new chapter to GHM’s reception in 2015.

In September, after a landmark examination of 2.25 million TripAdvisor reviews of 59 luxury hotel brands (by Luxury Branding), GHM emerged in the No. 5 spot on a list of the top Asian-based hotel groups and in the No. 15 spot worldwide, besting the likes of Aman, Peninsula and Banyan Tree.

Earlier, another independent survey (by Review Pro) founded on more than two million TripAdvisor Reviews positioned The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah (Ubud, Indonesia) in the No. 5 spot on a list of all the top luxury hotels in the world, a stunning achievement for the boutique resort set among the verdant rice fields of Bali.

Luxury Branding released its “World’s Most Popular Luxury Hotel Brands” in September, and Review Pro compiled its findings in the “2015 Top Luxury Hotel & Brand Report.”

The only GHM hotel not yet called out by one of the major arbiters of hospitality is The Chedi Andermatt, which opened less than two years ago but is well positioned to join its sister properties once a critical mass of reviews has been achieved.

GHM’s pipeline of development includes nine new properties, with Mumbai (India), Sharjah (U.A.E) and Hokkaido (Japan) next in line for new hotels.
